I too went through this. I'm currently trying to avoid going on the steroid tablets but I know that's where I'm heading. Will try the subbed treatment and see if that helps. I have acute/severe eczema. I used t gel once yuck. I've had steroid injections which were very painful. Good job there wasn't a swear box! Hope you're doing better. I do have allergic r...I could related to your post. I do have allergic rhinitis and I often take some anti-histamines whenever the need arises. Sometimes, these anti-histamines do not work and I need to take steroids but I have occasional adverse effects like rashes so I really try to stay away from them.
